    • Globe Telecom delivers nationwide, free of charge.
    • Upon plan application approval, delivery of handset will be 5 days for Metro Manila and 7 days for provincial orders. Subject to confirmation of delivery schedule.
    • It is encouraged that the applicant personally receives the unit and SIM upon delivery.
    • In case applicant is unavailable to receive delivery, he/she may nominate an authorized representative. Authorized representative must provide the following:
      • Authorization letter
      • Photocopy of applicant’s valid ID
      • Photocopy of authorized representative’s valid ID

    * In the absence of these documents, courier is advised not to release the unit.
