4. Is there a fee to become a member of Ensogo?
NO FEES to join us simply click on the sign up for you to become a member and get notifications of our daily deals

Yes - Ensogo member data is very secure. All credit card data is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault with banks. We do not keep credit card information on our servers. You may also pay via pesopay, you can visit our office and pay in cash, or through paypal.

We do not keep or store any credit card information. We work with our banking partners (Paypal and our local banks) to handle storage of secure information.

10. I bought an Ensogo voucher - how do I use it?
You may present either the SMS or the printed voucher to the merchant. (See instructions at the back of the voucher, it may vary depending on the agreed promo)

11. Do I need to use my Ensogo voucher the same day I buy it?
NO. The use of the voucher will vary on the duration of the promo. Check the date so as to avoid over due. Take note, this is not returnable, and cannot be redeemed by cash.

12. My name is on the Ensogo voucher. Can I give the voucher as a gift?
YES. We will not ask who holds the voucher or why. As long as you have the voucher, you can use it .

13. If I don't use the full value of the Ensogo voucher, can I use it again later?
Unless otherwise stated, you do not receive a store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Please check terms and conditions on vouchers.

16. What happens if I purchase an Ensogo voucher and the merchant is out of business?
In the event like business is closed before the end date of promo, ENSOGO will refund the amount of voucher in cash

17. How do I receive credit for inviting a friend?
If your friend becomes a member and makes a purchase on Ensogo, we will deposit 100 Peso worth of credits in your account. Referral credits are issued ONLY when referred members have made a purchase. To refer a member, you must log into your account and click 'Refer a Member.' Please note that referrals not referred from your account will not be eligible for credits.

You can refer as many people as you want! We will track all your referrals and give you 100 peso credit when they make a purchase.

No, only the invitation code you click on before making your first purchase will receive the credit.
