    • A maximum of 2 vouchers may be used per person / visit.
    • If a person/patient uses 2 vouchers, the following procedures will no longer be included on the second session as it is no longer needed:

      • Voucher is transferable and may be given as gift.

      • All paid transactions are non-refundable.

      • Merchant suggests voucher holders to make reservations 3 days prior to redemption to get better slots.  Last call for reservations must be made 3 weeks before the end of the voucher validity.
      • Cancellation of reservation must be made 2 days before the set appointment.  Voucher holders can only reschedule twice.  Beyond this, the voucher will be deemed invalid.
      • Failure to cancel reservations / redeem vouchers within validity period will render the voucher invalid.
