  • Upon receipt of your email, we will start to schedule the delivery of the merchandise and delivery will begin on October 13, 2012
  • After we send the unit via Air21, we will email you the tracking number and you may check the status at their official website (www.air21.com.ph)
  • Ensogo/Time Depot will only accept locally used credit cards.
  • To claim the unit, please submit the following to Air21 personnel upon product delivery:
    • Original copy of Printed Voucher
    • One (1) photocopy of any valid ID (ie driver’s license, school/company ID) of the bearer
      • In case voucher holder is not present upon product delivery, please submit the following to Air21 personnel
      • Original copy of Printed Voucher
      • Must sign the photocopy of any valid ID with (ie driver’s license, school/company ID) of the bearer
